Project Management

Most of my project management experience comes from situations where I am a contributor to the project, but naturally gravitate into the role of organizing the tasks and keeping everyone on track. Interestingly enough, in situations where I start as a project manager, I usually end up creating extra contributions to the project as I am quick to find and fill the gaps.

At BuckUp

  • Worked with the Founder to launch the new business model that automates 90% of the processes.

At Bleeker

  • Led the effort in Bleeker obtaining B-Corp status.

  • Created and launched updates and optimizations of the Bleeker Connect platform.

  • Created and launched the The Bleeker Collective App.

  • Initiated the consistent use of proposals which allowed extensive documentation of processes and procedures.

  • Managed multi-stage client projects that involved multi-platform alignment and in-depth people coordination.

  • Provided crucial support throughout the due diligence process as Bleeker was acquired by True.

At Safe & Reliable Healthcare

  • Led the effort in obtaining Prime status and being added onto a GSA schedule

  • Created the SCORE Roadmap and Client Checklist from scratch

  • Launched SCORE work with new clients and created the foundational project plan before handing it off to account managers

  • Update and manage LENS (proprietary S&R Software / Kanban style) daily to convert team feedback into tangible outcomes

  • Created a client dashboard from scratch using Airtable and Monday.com

  • Revamped the entire onboarding process to ensure new hires are comfortable and grounded as soon as they start.

  • Other S&R Projects include: Duke call, Culture Code, Retreat, IHI, LENS Kits, Updating the website

At the Immune Deficiency Foundation

  • Led CRM improvement efforts including

    • Creating a client portal so that constituents could update their personal information in real time

    • Integrating Mail Chimp with CiviCRM when issues arose with Constant Contact.

    • Updating the participant registration process for the National Conference

At Megson FitzPatrick Insurance Services

  • Assisted with large-scale implementations such as the new broker management system, updating the website, the new company-wide phone system and the company intranet forum.
